The Science of Superstrategy
Superstrategy is the convergence of the science of elite forecasting with strategy.
Introduction
The science of forecasting means making disciplined judgements about future events under uncertainty, using evidence, base rates, and feedback. It's been shown to consistently outperform expert intuition and traditional analysis. Strategy is choosing how to use limited resources to reach a goal, under the same uncertainty. Historically, forecasting and strategy have been applied separately. Superstrategy is their direct integration.
